**복학 신청 후 승인된 학생들에게만 표준입학허가서가 발급됩니다.**

표준입학허가서 신청 제출 서류는 복학 신청하고 바로 보내주시면 됩니다.

복학이 승인되면, 확인 후 표준입학허가서를 발급해 드릴 예정입니다.

복학 신청 기간 내에 반드시 복학 신청을 하시기 바랍니다.

▶This is a notice for Enrolled/Returning Undergraduate and Graduate School Students who need the Certificate of Admission for 2024 Spring Semester◀

Subject to application

1. Enrolled undergraduate and graduate school students whose period of stay in ARC has expired after leaving Korea or re-entry permit has expired.

2. Students expected to return to school in 2024 Spring Semester.

The Certificate of Admission will be issued to returning students who have been approved by the university.

Please request for the Certificate of Admission after you have applied to return to school.

**The Certificate of Admission will be issued after the student has applied and has sent all the required documents.**

Please complete your request to return to school within the required time frame.

[FAQ]

★표준입학허가서를 신청하는 모든 학생들은 은행 잔고증명서 원본을 제출해야 합니다. 입학할 때 또는 이전 학기에 낸 학생들도 2024학년도 1학기에 새로운 표준입학허가서를 신청하기 위해서는은행잔고증명서 원본을 다시 제출해야 합니다.

★所有申请标准入学许可书的学生都必须提交银行存款证明原件。入学时或是之前学期已提交过的学生也需要重新申请和提交新的银行存款证明原件。

★Students who have applied for the Certificate of Admission must submit the Original Certificate of Bank Deposit Balance.

★★★ (중국 포함 모든 국적) 은행 잔고증명서는 사증 발급 신청일 기준 30일 이내 발급한 것을 제출해야 합니다.

★★★ (包括中国的所有国家) 银行存款证明必须是申请签证时30日之内开具。

★★★ (All nationalities including Chinese) Must submit the Certificate of Bank Deposit Balance issued within 30 days from the VISA application date.

★중국소재 은행 잔고증명서는 정기예금잔고증명서를 제출해야 하며 정기예금잔고증명서의 유효기간(예금 동결 기간)이 2024년3월31일 이후까지 유지되어야 합니다.

★如果中国所在银行发行存款证明的话，需满足银行定期存款冻结期限必须是到2024年3月31日为止。

★If you hold a Chinese bank account, the validity (as a Time Deposit) of the Certificate of Bank Deposit(fixed deposit)must be valid after March 31st 2024.

★외국인 등록 후 한국 체류 중인 경우, 한국 은행 본인 잔고증명서만 가능합니다.

★If you are staying in Korea after foreign register, Certificate of Bank Deposit Balance under your name from bank in Korea is only acceptable.

★已办理外国人登陆证后滞留在韩国的学生，只能提交在韩国的银行个人存款证明书。

★본인 명의의 잔고증명서 제출자는 가족관계증명서(원본)제출하실 필요 없습니다. 부모 명의의 잔고증명서를 제출하는 학생만 가족관계증명서(원본)를 제출합니다.

★提交本人名义的存款证明书时，不需要提交亲属关系证明书原件。提交父母名义的存款证明书时，需要提交亲属关系证明书原件。

★The Original Certificate of Family Relations is only required for students who submitted the Certificate of Bank Deposit under a parent’s name.

★학교에는 예전에 발급한 가족관계증명서(원본)를 제출해도 됩니다.그러나 영사관은 기준이 다를 수 있으니 영사관에 직접 확인해보기 바랍니다.

★学校接受之前开具的亲属关系证明书原件。但是，领事馆可能会有别的要求，请直接向领事馆确认。

★It is possible to submit the Original Certificate of Family Relations which was issued for applying to University. However, please check with the Embassy when you apply for VISA as it may not be accepted depending on the Embassy's standards.
