2026학년도 2학기 외국인 유학생 세화원 입사생을 아래와 같이 선발하고자 합니다.

신청 기간 외에 입사 신청이 불가능하므로 아래의 세화원 입사 신청 관련 안내 사항을 숙지하시고 

신청 기간을 준수하여 신청하시기 바랍니다.

 

또한, 2026학년도 2학기 신·편입생과 재학생의 신청 링크가 서로 다르므로, 

본인의 해당 유형에 맞는 신청 링크를 통해 신청해 주시기 바랍니다.

1. 신청 자격

1) 2026학년도 2학기를 등록한 경희대학교 서울 캠퍼스 외국인 학부 및 외국인 일반대학원 신편입생

2) 폐결핵 검진 결과 '정상' 또는 '완치' 소견을 받아 입사 시까지 결핵 검진 진단서를 제출할 수 있는 학생

3) 홍역 예방 백신을 2회 접종하고 입사 시에 관련 증명서를 제출할 수 있는 학생

 

2. 신청

1) 신청 기간 : 2026.06.29.(월) 9:00 ~ 2026.07.12.(일) 23:30

3. 합격자 발표

1) 합격자 발표일 : 2026.07.17.(금) 이내 발표 예정

2) 합격자 발표 확인 방법 : 신청페이지 이메일란에 기입된 이메일로 개별 안내

(불합격자에 대한 별도 안내 없음)

 

 4. 합격자 입사 관리비 납부

1) 납부 기간 : 2026.07.20.(월) ~ 2026.07.23.(목)

2) 납부 금액 : 1,330,000원 ※ 분할 납부 불가

- 세화원 : 1,260,000원

- 보증금 : 60,000원 (홈페이지에서 기한 내 신청시 환불)

- 자치회비 : 10,000원

3) 납부 계좌 : 합격자 발표 공지사항을 통해 별도 안내 예정

 

5. 거주 기간

1) 거주 기간(약 4개월) : 2026.08.24.(월) ~ 2026.12.22.(화) 예정

 

 6. 입사 수속 기간

1) 외국인 유학생 : 2026.08.24.(월) ~ 2026.08.25.(화) 09:00 ~ 20:00까지

※ 12:00 ~ 13:00과 18:00 ~ 19:00 제외

※ 전염병 등으로 입사 수속 일정이 변경될 수 있음

※ 불가피한 사유로 인해 입사 수속 기간에 입사가 불가능할 경우 입사 수속 기간 이후에도 입사 가능

단, 반드시 사전에 세화원 행정실에 연락을 해야 하며 운영 시간에만 입사가 가능함

7. 퇴실 수속 기간 (예정)

1) 퇴실 수속 기간 : 2026.12.22.(화) 9:00 ~ 17:30 (다소 변동 가능)

 

8. 입사 당일 제출 서류

※ 제출 서류와 관련된 모든 문의는 세화원 행정실로 문의하시기 바랍니다.

1) 본인 사진 1장

2) 폐결핵 진단서 1부

※ 발급 3개월 이내 진단서만 인정함

3) 홍역 예방 백신 관련 서류 1부 (홍역 예방접종 증명서/홍역 항체 검사 결과지 중 택1)

- 국내에서 홍역 예방 백신을 2회 접종 후 증명서 제출 필요

- 본국에서 홍역 예방 백신을 접종하였다면 홍역 항체 검사(결과: 양성)를 받고 결과지(영문/한글)를 제출하여야 함

※ 모든 서류 미지참시 입사 불가능하므로 사전에 준비 요망

 

 9. 세화원 정보

1) 기본 2인 1실(1인용 단층 침대 2개)이 원칙으로 1인 1실 사용 불가능

※ 룸메이트 신청 관련 사항은 7월 중순 이후 세화원 홈페이지 공지사항을 확인하시기 바랍니다.

2) 침구류와 세면 기구 등은 별도로 제공하지 않으므로 개인 지참 필수

[SEOUL] 2026 Fall Semester Dormitory Application for International Students
(Sehwa Hall – NEW Students)

Kyung Hee University is pleased to announce the dormitory application
for international students residing in Sehwa Hall for the 2026 Fall Semester.

Applications will only be accepted during the designated application period. 

Please carefully read the information below and submit your application within the application period.

Please note that separate application links are provided for newly admitted/transfer students and enrolled students. 

Be sure to apply through the appropriate link according to your student status.

1. Qualifications

1) Newly admitted and transfer international undergraduate students and international students of the General Graduate School enrolled at the Seoul Campus of Kyung Hee University for the 2026 Fall Semester.

2) Students who can submit a tuberculosis (TB) screening certificate indicating "Normal" or "Cured" status by the move-in date

3) Students who have received two doses of the measles vaccine and can submit the relevant certificate upon move-in

1) Applicaiton period : June 29, 2026 (Mon) 9:00 – July 12, 2026 (Sun) 23:30

3. Announcement of the accepted finalist

※ No separate notification will be provided to unsuccessful applicants.

 

4. Payment

1) Payment period : July 20, 2026 (Mon) – July 23, 2026 (Thu)

2) Payment amount : KRW 1,330,000

- Sehwa hall dormitory : 1,260,000원

- Deposit : 60,000원 (Refundable if applied through the website within the deadline)

- Student council fee : 10,000원

※ Any installment is not allowd

3) Payment account : Check the announcement of accepted finalist

5. Period of Residency

1) Period of Residency : August 24, 2026 (Mon) – December 22, 2026 (Tue)

6. Period of Moving in

1) Foreign Students : : August 24, 2026 (Mon)~ August 25, 2026 (Mon) 09:00 – 20:00

※ Refrain from moving in during lunch and dinner break at 12:00 ~ 13:00 and 18:00 ~ 19:00

※ Period of moving in can be change depending on the schedule of the school

※ If it is impossible to move in during the period due to unavoidable reasons, it is possible to move in even after the period

but you must contact the Sehwa administrative office in advance and can move in only during the office operation time

1) ID Photo

2) Pulmonary tuberculosis certificate

※ Only within 3 months of issuance can be accepted

3) One document on measles prevention vaccine

(choose from the certificate of measles vaccination/measles antibody test result sheet)

- Certificate must be submitted after 2 doses of measles vaccine in Korea

- If you have been vaccinated against measles in your home country, you must take a measles antibody test (result: positive) and submit a result sheet (English/Korean)

※ If you don't bring all the documents, you won't be able to move in, please prepare in advance
